Night Prowler Optics was founded on the principles of keeping quality, midrange thermal and NV optics in stock and ready to ship. We understand when you’re ready to buy your ready to hunt and you want your purchase quickly. Although we cannot always guarantee we will have everything in stock, we will not promote, market or misrepresent an optic that we do not have in stock.
We do from time to time take pre-orders on new upcoming optics that haven’t hit the market yet to get a read on the consumer’s interest. These pre-order are shipped out in the order in which the pre-orders were received. We do our best to give you an idea as to when this will be but we are at the mercy of the manufacturers.
You may return new unopened items within 14 days of delivery, unless otherwise noted on the original receipt. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or item, etc.). All other shipping charges are the customers responsibility. All Pre-Orders are non-refundable, unless prior approval is granted from management, If approval is granted there is a 15% documentation & credit card refund fee. If an Item is defective the original manufacturer's warranty policy will solely be responsible for returns, exchanges or repairs. Night Prowler Optics will not be held responsible for items returned with missing parts, packaging materials or damages to the product
You should expect to receive any approved refunds within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Special Orders or Pre-Orders can be taken on future release products or non-stock items. When you place your special order or Pre-Order we place your order with the manufacturer and commit to purchasing the product. Once this is done we are committed to receive, and purchase your product. Therefore, we can not refund any Pre-Ordered items, regardless of "Deposits" or "Paid-in-Full" status. The Timelines of delivery on Special Orders and/or Pre-Orders are estimated timelines we are given from the Manufacturer, and in no way Guarantees a delivery date to you, unless otherwise specifically noted on the original receipt
Most items in my store will ship within 1-2 business days after order is placed. Most items due to their high price, will require signature confirmation. All orders over $500 will receive free standard shipping although expedited shipping will be available at customer’s expense. If you have purchased an optic that is on backorder or out of stock, we will email or text you at the number provided to make sure you saw the ETA/Lead Time in the listing. We try our best to keep all optics in stock and make it a priority to inform you if they are not. High demand of these optics makes inventory a real challenge, especially in the Fall and Winter months.
